Q: What If I want to Change Product/ Address/Contact Number for my current order ?
A :You may email to sales.jellybunnymalaysia@gmail.com to inform the changes. Please ensure information provided is accurate, should the item has been delivered before the changes has been take place the responsibility will be on purchaser

Q: Where can we get tracking number for our parcel? 
A: Jelly Bunny Malaysia will sent tracking number directly to your email and you can check your parcel at Track & Trace Pos Laju.


Payment related

Q: Is it safe to send email address?
A: Yes, because that is how the person sending you money knows who to tell PayPal to pay. It's an email address, which you can create for free, or just for use with PayPal so it's not like they will get personal information about you.


Q : What about refundable and return ?
A : Sorry, currently every purchase made have no refundable and return.


Delivery related


Q: After payment, when will you post out the items ?
A : We shall make the post ASAP the same day payment made, subject to payment before 1.00 pm (Monday-Friday except Public Holiday).


Q: How long time take for items arrive ?
A : it will take several days (mostly 3-4 working days)


Q: Delivery method other than Pos Laju?
A: Jelly Bunny Malaysia only used Pos Laju as our delivery method
